I have supervised a broad range of PhD students, some of whom have gone on to become highly successful scholars and others who have pursued careers in other industry sectors. I am particularly interested in supervising doctoral research in the following areas:

• Identities in and around organizations
• Organizational identities and processes of identification
• Stories, narratives and storytelling in, of and about organizations
• Sensemaking, power and processes of organizing
• Processes of group and organizational change
