Bio
Andrew Brannegan is presently the senior data analyst at Aspire Public Schools, which operates 40 schools in California and Tennessee. He received his PhD in Public Administration in 2014 and his Masters of Public Policy in 2010, both from American University. His areas of research include education, child welfare, and social policy. While in DC, he worked for the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Prior to American University, Andrew taught elementary school special education in Oakland, California. He is from Maryland and received his Bachelor’s degree in political science from Wake Forest University.
