Andrew Bartley, PCC, MDiv, MBA, is a Principal of Platinum Leadership Inc. He serves leaders, teams, and organizations, and the change their mission requires. He helps teams and companies unleash their potential as they align their leadership, strategy, vision, and culture.
Andrew has designed and led planning and coaching processes, workshops and retreats for hundreds of organizations, and teaches leadership, strategic planning and coaching at Western Continuing Studies. He served as Episcopal Director of Pastoral Leadership for the Diocese of London, supervising 17 directors and specialists assisting 110 communities and 700 employees.
Andrew’s education includes an Ivey MBA, Master of Divinity (Spirituality), Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy), and Bachelor of Education. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and holds Adler (ATC), Ken Blanchard, Master Tilt 365, MBTI, and Organization and Relationship Systems (ORSCC) certifications.
