Andrea Lloyd

Andrea has over 20 years experience consulting to organisations in both the public and private sectors across industries including mining, resources, engineering, health and professional services. Areas of particular interest and expertise include Business Strategy, Leadership Development, Organisation Change and Culture Transformation.

In addition to running her own niche consulting business, Andrea also provides consulting services for AIM-UWA Business School Executive Education. Previous consulting roles include 10 years as Principal Consultant with PA Consulting Group, an international management consulting firm. Andrea has also held senior executive roles including General Manager of Human Resources and Organisation Development in the Property Sector and Executive Officer for a Community based organisation in Western Australia.

Andrea holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia and a BA (Hons) from University College Cardiff. She is accredited in a number of tools and approaches including
