Andrea Bonezzi is an Associate Professor of Marketing at New York University’s Stern School of Business..
Professor Bonezzi's research focuses on judgment and decision-making, with a particular interest in understanding the motivational forces that drive social transmission of information and receptivity to artificial intelligence. Most of his ongoing research investigates the psychological mechanisms behind consumers’ attitudes, judgments and behaviors toward artificial intelligence. For example, Andrea’s most recent research examines how self-uniqueness drives consumers’ receptivity to medical AI.
His research has been published in leading marketing and psychology journals such as the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology and Psychological Science.
Professor Bonezzi received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Parma and a Master of Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University, both in Italy. He has a Ph.D. in Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
