In my industrial phd project, I explore ways to effectively facilitate strategy development and implementation by using interview technique from narrative therapy as facilitation tool. In a series of strategy workshops at the industrial project partner MAN Diesel & Turbo, I put the facilitation technique to the test. I aim to contribute to both strategy and scholarly practice with my action research.
