Ana M. Romero-Martínez is Associate Professor in Management and Entrepreneurship at Faculty of Economics and Business and Vice Dean for Economic and Institutional Affairs at Faculty of Commerce and Tourism, Complutense University of Madrid. Her research is focused on entrepreneurship, innovation and international business and has been published in impact factor ranked journals such as Journal of World Business, International Business Review, Service Industries Journal, Group Decision and Negotiation, International Journal of Technology Management, Service Business: An International Journal, International Journal of Manpower, International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal and Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences. Moreover, in books and book chapters published in editorials such as Springer, Prentice Hall and Thomson Reuters. She was visiting research fellow at King’s College London, University of London in 2015 and at SOAS, University of London in 2016. She supervises PhD students, and master degree dissertations. She is member of the UCM consolidated research group "Strategies for Business Growth" and she has participated in several competitive projects on corporate strategies, business creation and innovation financed by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness and the Ministry of Science and Innovation She has taught the subjects of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship since 1999 always with very positive/excellent evaluation of students on the Teaching Assessment Program of UCM. Responsible for three Educational Innovation Projects and researcher in thirteen projects. She is member of the advisory board for Amway Global Entrepreneurship Report and Database since 2015. Co-Director of the Chair "Management and Coaching" signed by UCM and the Institute of Executive Coaching (ICE Coraops). Coordinator of British-Hispanic Chair "Reina Victoria Eugenia" at Faculty of Commerce and Tourism, UCM.

She holds a BA and PhD in management from UCM, Summa cum laude and best Doctoral Dissertation at Faculty of Economics and Business (UCM), 2004-2005.
