Biography
Stanford Continuing Studies
Amy Jo is a social game designer, community architect, and startup coach. She works with startups & game studios worldwide to accelerate innovation and create compelling experiences. Her design credits include Rock Band, The Sims, Ultimate Online, eBay, Netflix, Lumosity, Happify, and numerous startups. Her influential book Community Building on the Web (2000) is still required reading in universities and game studios worldwide. She has a PhD in Behavioral Neuroscience from University of Washington, and a BA in Experimental Psychology from UCSD.
