Babson Olin Graduate School of Business
Amanda Weirup is an assistant professor in the Management Division at Babson College. She currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in negotiation and conflict resolution.
Prior to entering academia, Weirup spent more than ten years consulting clients at Bain & Company and Accenture. During her tenure at Bain & Company, she led multiple strategy projects that focused on cost reduction, process improvement, new business development, and customer strategy. At Accenture, she delivered numerous technology design, development, and implementation projects for numerous industries, including aerospace, financial services, government, and healthcare.
Weirup earned her MBA and PhD in organizational behavior and theory from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, and her BS in management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
