International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
As a senior communications consultant at Eckler, Ltd., with more than 16 years of industry experience, Ms. Hodder is responsible for member engagement and change management within Eckler’s communications area. She provides communications consulting support to a wide variety of clients across sectors and industries—ranging from public sector to corporate to not-for-profit—and also provides support for marketing and business development initiatives. Before joining Eckler, Ms. Hodder was director of the Knowledge Resource Centre with Buck Consultants, responsible for building and maintaining an infrastructure to keep consultants and clients informed on legislative changes and important industry developments. Prior to that, she was editor/managing editor of Benefits Canada magazine, responsible for managing its print and online editorial operations and responding to the diverse needs of the magazine’s readership within the pension and benefits community. Ms. Hodder also previously worked at Buck Consultants as a communications consultant with internal client mandates. She has completed the Canadian Securities Course, and she holds both a master of arts degree and a bachelor of arts degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. Ms. Hodder is a frequent moderator and speaker at industry events.
