Biography
Kenan-Flagler Business School
Chip Snively teaches courses in corporate finance, investments, project management, applied investment management and personal finance.
He is the coordinator of the Investment Emphasis in the Undergraduate Business Program and the Capital Markets and Investments Concentration in the full-time MBA Program. He is also the faculty sponsor for the UNC Finance Society and the MBA Investment Club.
Professor Snively serves as director of the Capital Markets Lab and faculty director of the Alpha Challenge.
He joined UNC Kenan-Flagler from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he was co-director of the Investment Management Academy, an applied investment management concentration/curriculum. He taught courses in the MBA (residential and online) and undergraduate programs, as well as a co-operative graduate program in Zagreb, Croatia.
He received his MBA in finance/international business from Indiana''s Kelley School of Business and an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Kentucky. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
