Alissa Del Riego

Prof. Del Riego has practiced for several years as a commercial litigator in Miami, Florida. Her legal practice has primarily focused on class action and multidistrict litigation and other commercial matters, including breach of contract, shareholder derivative, employment, antitrust, and products liability claims. Prof. Del Riego also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She is a graduate of the University of Miami and Harvard Law School. While in law school, Prof. Del Riego served as co-editor-in-chief of the Harvard Latino Review, a judicial intern for the Honorable Bonnie McLeod in Suffolk County Superior Court, and a legal research assistant for Lawrence Lessig.
