Alison E. Holm is a Ph.D. Fellow at the Department of International Economics and Management (INT) at Copenhagen Business School (CBS). Alison holds a Master of Business and Development Studies from CBS as well as a CEMS Master in International Management completed at CBS and the London School of Economics (LSE).

Prior to her doctoral studies, Alison was analyst in the responsible business conduct unit of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris for about two years. She also worked as a research assistant at the Institute for International Business of the WU Vienna University of Economics and Business, and has field experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Her research interests lie in the fields of international business and organization studies, with a focus on responses by multinational firms to situations of complexity.
