My main research and teaching interests lie in the areas of diversity and diversity management in organisations, including issues to do with language policy and language choice in multilingual organisations. Moreover, as the CBS Equal Opportunities Officer, I am actively engaged in promoting equal opportunities and inclusive practices at CBS.
