Albert Phelps

Al Phelps is an Area Vice President with Gallagher Multinational Benefits & HR Consulting. Mr. Phelps has more than 30 years’ experience providing consulting, international HR solutions and actuarial advice to multinational organizations. Al’s experience includes benefits, retirement, total rewards, HR strategy, mergers and acquisitions, governance and benefits administration in the US and globally. He has managed multi-country projects in the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa with a particular focus in technology, and includes diverse sectors such as NGOs, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, financial services and energy.

Mr. Phelps has a Bachelor of Sciences in Mathematical Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, US Enrolled Actuary, Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, as well as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist. Al is fluent in English and Spanish.
