Alan Davies, a corporate partner in the firm’s European Finance Group, focuses his practice on acquisition, asset and structured financings. He has advised private equity firms on financing in numerous leveraged acquisitions.

Mr. Davies is recommended as a leading finance lawyer by Chambers UK (2020), where clients sayhe is “responsive and always delivers what is needed, often in a tight timeframe.” He is also recognised by The Legal 500 UK (2020) which describes him as a “top performer.” The Legal 500 UK has also praised the London finance team as “highly commercial and up to speed with market trends.” According to previous editions of the guide, it offers “an ‘exceptionally high level of service’ to a borrower focused client base.” Mr. Davies is also recommended for Capital Markets: Debt as well as Banking by IFLR1000 (2020).
