Biography:

Alain Coulaud holds a Master 2 in Finance and Management Control from IAE d’Orléans. After working as Management Controller at John Deere Group, he specialised in Corporate Finance and Management education in different institutions. At NEOMA BS, he established courses specialised in Company Transfers/Takeovers and developed entrepreneurial programmes. Alain COULAUD is manager of the Incubator on the Reims campus and in this post he developed partnerships with local players involved in entrepreneurship. Along with his work at NEOMA BS, Alain COULAUD is manager and consultant in companies where he has been the director or administrator since 1984. In these businesses he has primarily worked on the subjects of dashboards, steering, and performance monitoring. In addition, he has a business handling company takeovers.
