Agathe Potel is professor in Leadership and Professional Development. She is in charge of training and coaching programs for students and executives (managers and leaders) in Management, Leadership, Career and Creativity. Her areas of research interests are as follows: New generations as a lever of business transformation, Leadership and Influence, Psychological Violence and Harassment, Detection and Talent Management, Coaching and Supervision
