Adriana Hoppenbrouwer-Pereira

I am uncomfortable with the comfortable, always looking for new ways to innovate and deliver positive change. An ex-corporate turned digital entrepreneur, I joined The Fabricant, a leading digital-only fashion house, in 2018.

Prior to The Fabricant, I have worked for 20 years in large international corporations, where I held commercial positions up to boardroom level at Coca-Cola, SCJohnson, Orange mobile, Nike, Hunkemoller, and Hema. I led business-wide transformation, often involving the development of new digital business models and omnichannel capabilities.

I was named among the top 200 female leaders in the Netherlands by Elsevier. Brazil-born, I have an MBA from Cranfield University (in the UK). I am married with two daughters, an enthusiastic yoga practitioner, hobbyist painter, and adventurous vegan chef.

My basis of success is an incredible dose of passion and drive. I exceed in delivering results through inspiring vision, team-work and fast-paced innovation.

I am also a mother of two daughters, am an apprentice violin player and an amateur long-distance runner.
