Dr Adrian Mondry is an internal medicine specialist at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Singapore.

His clinical interests include hypertension and cardiovascular risk management.

He served as a senior consultant in the department of medicine at the National University Hospital and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH).

Dr Mondry graduated from medical school at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, where he also obtained a doctorate degree for his research on protein metabolism in acute renal failure. He received a scholarship to do his post-doctoral training in molecular biology at Inserm in France. His clinical specialist training was internal medicine with a focus on hypertension treatment and was completed at university hospitals in Münster, Essen and Düsseldorf, Germany. He worked with John Radcliffe Hospital and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, UK, and International SOS in Tianjin and Shenzhen, China.

AT NTFGH, he started a dedicated hypertension clinic as well as a fast-track deep vein thrombosis service. He is the earliest hypertension specialist accredited by the German Hypertension League in Singapore. He has been practising medicine for more than 30 years.

He has done research with the Agency of Science, Technology and Research and was an adjunct associate professor at the National University of Singapore. He was also a member of the Ministry of Health’s residency accreditation committee for internal medicine.
