King’s Business School
Aditi Gupta joined King's in 2006 as a Lecturer in Accounting. Her doctoral thesis investigates the role of director reputation in managerial labour markets, specifically the links between executive compensation, executive turnover, outside directorships and firm performance. Aditi’s research interests include topics in corporate governance and market-based accounting research. Aditi obtained her PhD in Accounting and Finance and MSc in Accounting and Financial Management from Lancaster University.
