Experience
Prior to joining the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) in 2014, Adel has worked for several large firms, holding positions in Sales and Marketing in the finance industry. Initially assuming the position of Sales Representative for the Open Enrolment business line, he quickly became the lead contact for CCL’s clients in the Middle East and Europe helping individual contributors to senior leaders identify their challenges and understand their leadership development needs.
Current Role
As Key Account Manager of the Middle-East region reporting to the General Manager of the region, Adel helps leaders to guide decisions, and to identify and define the best leadership strategy and competencies to that they may achieve what matter most to them. In partnership with the key faculty, subject matter experts, and project management, he ensures the delivery of CCL’s trademark world-class leadership solutions across the Middle-East region amongst private and governmental organisations. These programmes can range from individuals attending CCL’s public open enrollment programs to helping to create highly customised, multi-year leadership development partnerships with the clients.
Educational Background
Adel has an expansive knowledge of both Arabic and European culture, history and politics and is fluent in 4 languages (English, French, and Arabic & Dutch). He holds a Bachelor in Marketing Management from EPHEC Brussels and pursued a Master’s degree in Strategy and Analysis of Interactive and Collaborative Communication from Saint-Louis University in Brussels. Adel is also certified to deliver 360-degree assessment feedback for CCL’s 360 assessment suite and has participated in several leadership programmes that focus on cultivating change and encouraging innovation leadership.
