Center for Creative Leadership

Prior to joining CCL, Abigail was an independent consultant. She has delivered performance management training, leadership development training and organizational development consulting to many Fortune 500 companies. Abigail has extensive experience as a consultant and a master trainer of consultants. During the past 21 years her work has inspired transformation and development in prominent corporations that span multiple industries including: petroleum, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and financial services. She developed and delivered curricula that focused on performance management, personal development, organizational development and diversity. In conjunction with her corporate experience, Abigail has spent over 10 years in the non-profit sector as a speaker and counselor focusing on individual and leadership development. Abigail’s passion for consulting is born out of her life and educational experiences on three continents, namely Africa, Europe, and America.

Abigail is a senior faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership. Her focus will be designing and delivering custom leadership programs for managers and executives, as well as consulting in the organizational leadership practice area.

Abigail attended Harvard University, where she received a B.A. and M.Ed. in Psychology. She completed an intensive consultant training program, and is a certified Emotional Intelligence Consultant.

Abigail is a member of the OD network and has presented at the General Electric Black Employee Conference, Whirlpool International Lawyers Association, Black MBA Association, and was awarded the Teaching Excellence Award at The Business Leadership Center of SMU Cox School of Business.
