However, you feel that there could be more to your life. More purpose, meaning, alignment, impact, and fulfillment.

It’s time to take a look in the mirror and take stock of what we see. To question some of our assumptions and limiting beliefs about ourselves and our leadership. To prepare for disruption and change. And to be ready to chart a courageous new trajectory.

Are you ready to THRIVE?

THRIVE is a selective program for committed leaders who are seeking a deep and immersive learning experience. This 10-week, interactive journey will help experienced executives lead with purpose, cultivate collective agency, and deliver impact at scale. While this course is facilitated online, you can expect to get time away from your screen and connect to yourself, others, and the world around you. This challenging and intensive program is the start of a lifelong learning journey with peers from around the world who will feed your mind, body, and soul and prime you up for the next meaningful phase of your life.

WE WILL EXPLORE THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS DURING THE JOURNEY:

Who am I really? What is my authentic self? What are my core strengths, passions, and values?

What is my deepest life purpose? How do I give expression to that purpose?

What is management? What is leadership? Am I a manager or a leader?

How do I craft an inspiring vision to bring others along with me in the journey?

What can I do to build diverse, inclusive and innovative teams and cultures?

How do I build regenerative organizations that make a net positive contribution to society and the planet, while fostering a vibrant workplace for employees and maintaining a sustainable business model?

How do I lead in an environment of ambiguity, complexity, and uncertainty?

How do I take a systems-perspective? How do I fit into a system? How can I shift a system in a new direction?

How do I nurture the practices of lifelong learning? How do I stay fresh and current? How do I build greater self-awareness? How do I renew myself?

PROGRAM JOURNEY

THRIVE is an in-depth and immersive program for a select group of professionals who are committed to taking their leadership to the next level. The program includes three modules that each begin with a week of intensive learning designed to give participants space to fully explore the concepts and shift their mindsets. Our experience shows that this style of immersive learning results in the most significant and lasting leadership transformations.

In the immersive weeks, there are three days of intensive programming. Each day includes 4 hours of interactive sessions with your class and an additional 1-2 hours of independent work per day. In order to fully engage with the program and your class, we recommend clearing your calendar during these days to give yourself space and energy to focus on the THRIVE program.

The remaining weeks of the program are less intensive and give participants the opportunity to build new habits and put them into practice. These weeks include one 2-hour interactive session plus 1-3 hours of independent work.

MODULE 1 (WEEKS 1-4)

CENTER

In order to create a better future, we must first know our past. We must understand what has shaped us, what triggers us, and what we dream about. Once we embrace our story, we can place it in the bigger picture of the world and rewrite our narrative.

CONNECT

No leader can single-handedly change the world. To achieve your goals, you will need to build a strong community to enrich your perspective and tap into your full creative potential. Connected and committed teams can better harness the ability to make real change.

  • Relational intelligence and influencing others
  • Trust and psychological safety
  • Learning to coach
  • Speaking truth to power

WEEK 5

CATALYZE

To build the future you want, you must understand and embrace external trends and find inspiration from unlikely sources. The most impactful leaders translate these influences into a call to action that inspires and empowers others.
