The purpose of this course is to improve your effectiveness as a manager within the public service by providing the tools to think and act strategically. Strategic management is the foundation of transformational leadership. You will learn how to apply the concepts and processes of strategic management within the Government of Alberta and how they work in practice and within the very different contexts of each department.
