The UCT GSB Programme for Management Development is dynamic short course designed to equip middle managers with the key competencies and skills to manage themselves and others more effectively and to solve complex problems creatively and sustainably.
The programme runs once a year in Cape Town as a two-week course, and once a year in Johannesburg at the UCT GSB training facility in Sandton in a modular format.
