Who should attend

The Program for Management Development (PMD) is designed for accomplished functional directors who have demonstrated strong leadership potential.

Candidates are strategically selected from a broad spectrum of functions, industries, cultures and professional backgrounds to contribute to a diverse, shared learning experience. Typically, program participants will have an average of 10 years’ functional managerial experience.

About the course

The Program for Management Development (PMD) Barcelona is your fast track to senior leadership. Innovative in design, the program will take you on a learning journey that will positively impact your career and your organization.

The program is a 6 month continuous learning journey that combines 3 residential modules held on IESE’s Barcelona campus that gives you face-to-face experiences with faculty and peers, and 3 online modules to embed learning and implement new approaches in your work.

The Program for Management Development (PMD) delivers cross-functional perspectives on different areas of management. The program builds your knowledge and broadens your perspective to help you prepare to take on the responsibilities of a senior management generalist.
