About the course
Rhodes Business School is very excited to invite prospective students to apply to join our re-imaginedshort course on Operations Management. Join our MBA class in a fresh and strategic journey towardoperational excellence – while at the same time, acquiring a credit toward a PGDip Enterprise Management or MBA degree.
The course presents a sustainable and strategic approach to decisions in technology, facilities, verticalintegration, supply chain, quality and other areas, and also explores means of competition such as cost,quality, and innovativeness. We also explore the relationship between operations and widerorganisational strategies, goals and objectives.
An NQF 7 qualification or equivalent experience.
The module will be delivered at Rhodes University Business School over 3 ½ days of teaching, 08.00 to18.00.
LEARNING & TEACHING APPROACH
The course will be presented through a seminar approach, with high levels of class participation andgroup work. The facilitation team will consist of:
