About the course

The acquisition of services from contractors is an important step in satisfying mission needs. If the service acquisition team doesn’t effectively assess, evaluate, and manage contractors then the mission could prove unsuccessful. You will learn practical techniques to develop and define service requirements and manage the resulting contractor performance. You will apply the seven-step Service Acquisition Process and the Acquisition Requirements Roadmap Tool (ARRT) to numerous team-based exercises.
