About the course

This instructor-supported course covers the complete Lean Six Sigma Green Belt body of knowledge. As a Green Belt, you can assist or lead a team in executing process improvement projects. You will be competent in all of the basic analytical tools necessary to utilize the DMAIC methodology and control Green Belt improvement projects.

  • Green Belt training represents about half the time and material required for Black Belt training, so many professionals choose to start their process improvement career at this level.
  • Case studies and examples can be customized to focus on Manufacturing (default), Healthcare, Financial Services, and Services applications.
  • Lean enterprise topics include value stream mapping, continuous flow, line balancing, and others.
  • No pre-requisites.
  • Course access period is 365 days.
