Thijs J, Course Participant from Netherlands 2017

4.9
Course quality: excellent
Instructors: excellent
Other (e.g. materials, infrastructure): very good
Primary takeaway: Insight and a strong believe in what I personally need to be an effective and secure base leader. Not only the insight, but also a clear path of actions to pursue after the course.
Things to improve: The follow up is now voluntarily. I would recommend a mandatory follow up day (to avoid practical constraints, a video conference would also work) with your own coach group let's say after 3 or 6 months.
Industry:financial services

Instructors: excellent
Other (e.g. materials, infrastructure): excellent
Primary takeaway: Key learnings in how to have difficult conversations with senior colleagues.
Things to improve: I would add another day for the course content and allow more networking time. It felt like a lot was squeezed into the days we were there.
