How it works

The EDP is a leadership programme that focuses on equipping executives with global perspectives and business knowledge, which will inform their strategies to accomplish business objectives and address complexities within various sectors within ethical frameworks. It prepares participants to make business decisions in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) domain.

What does it cover

Shifting global priorities invite significant organisational challenges, and place an increased focus on the quality of executive teams. Most leaders will need to learn new skills, as they are required to tranform their executive roles and develop new ways of thinking. In addition, there is increasing scrutiny on executive managers to balance the corporate scorecard over the long term, build organisational capacity and develop a new generation of skills and talent. Greater emphasis will be placed on developing new techniques for improving performance, as organisations move towards more flexible work environments, multi-disciplinary teams, and the management of a multi-generational workforce.

Who should attend

The EDP has been designed for senior leaders and business executives who are responsible for managing senior managers and management teams.
