About the course

Expect more win-win negotiation outcomes when you can appreciate the different outlooks and objectives of sponsors, lenders and government concession-granting agencies. During the course, you'll:

  • study the legal and modelling aspects of project finance, both areas of specialism for trainer Richard Capps
  • challenge textbook approaches to limited recourse financings, including theories on equity bridge loans, IRR calculation methodologies, the role of cash sweeps and the sanctity of contract
