Australia and New Zealand School of Government
Dr Zina O’Leary is currently an adjunct senior lecturer at UNSW and an ANZSOG Senior Fellow. Previously, Zina was senior lecturer and the Workplace Integrated Learning Coordinator at the University of Sydney Business School. Dr
Dr O'Leary was awarded her PhD as a US National Science Foundation Fellow (methodology and social psychology), and has a MSc from the University of Wisconsin (social psychology and methodology), and a BA from Rutgers University (Sociology and Psychology). Her area of research expertise is the application of research to evidence-based decision making.
Prior to her engagement by the University of Sydney Business School, Dr O'Leary's teaching experience included courses on research methods, evaluation and professional development at the University of Western Sydney (1995-2010), Hong Kong Polytechnic University (1998-2008) and the International Medical University at Kuala Lumpur (2007-2010).
