Zhang Xiao: Professor of Nanjing University Business School, Ph.D. Supervisor; Deputy Director of the Department of Business Administration; the Chief Expert for the key projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China; the young and middle-aged academic leader of the “Blue Project” and the “333 High-level Talent Training Program” of Jiangsu Province; Member of the Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Internationalization Expert Committee; Member of the “China Economic Think Tank”; Reviewer of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

He has been to Harvard University, Rice University, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong for visiting and study. He has published more than 60 papers in academic journals such as the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Economic Research, and Management World.

Professor Zhang has presided over one major project of the National Social Science Foundation of China, two projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one Humanities and Social Sciences Research Project of the Ministry of Education, one project of special fund from China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and one project of Social Science Fund of Jiangsu Province.

He is currently an anonymous reviewer of more than 10 journals including Human Resource Management, Economic Research, and Nankai Management Review. He was awarded the first prize of Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences of Jiangsu Province, the Outstanding Doctoral Thesis of Jiangsu Province, the Outstanding Master's Thesis Supervisor of Jiangsu Province, and the first prize of the Teaching Achievements of Young Teachers of Bank of China at Nanjing University.
