Yuval Deutsch is an associate professor of Policy & Entrepreneurial Studies with degrees from Hewbrew University, Israel (BA, MA) and the University of British Columbia (PhD). He is a member of the Centre of Excellence in Responsible Business, Entrepreneurial Studies. Prof. Deutsch's research interests include Boards of Directors, Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Entrepreneurial Studies, Executive Compensation, Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Management.
