Yuan-Chi Lin

Dr. Yuan-Chi Lin grew up in Taiwan. He completed his pediatric residency at Columbus Children's Hospital and anesthesia residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He received his fellowship training in pediatric anesthesia at Boston Children’s Hospital, and in pain medicine at Stanford. He was the founder and director of Pediatric Pain Management Service at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford. Currently, he is the Director of the Medical Acupuncture Service, Senior Associate in Anesthesia and Pain Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital; and Associate Professor of Anaesthesia (Pediatrics) at Harvard Medical School. He has been successfully integrating traditional Chinese medicine into pediatric anesthesia and pain practice. Dr. Lin has been published extensively in the area of pediatric pain medicine and utilizing acupuncture effectively in modern anesthesia. He has taught innumerable workshops, and directed many educational conferences.
