Yixuan Zhao is an assistant researcher in the School of Business at Nanjing University. She is the founder and currently the secretary of the SiMou Club, an entrepreneurial club in the Jiangsu area with the vision of building a bridge between academics and businesses for knowledge transfer, as well as promoting innovative thoughts and innovative strategies. Yixuan graduated from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, in St. Louis, in 2004 with honors. Received her MBA at the University of Southern California, in 2009, and received her Ph.D. in business administration at Nanjing University, in 2016 with national honors. She is now focused on the study of the relationship between job characteristics and employee creativity. She has published more than ten CSSCI in publications such as Management World, Management Journal, and Reform. She has also published articles in foreign publications such as the “Asia Pacific Business Review”. Currently, she is in charge of the NNSFC’s Youth Project: Study on the Impact of Job Characteristics on Millennial Employee Creative Performance: From a Self-Determination Theory Perspective.
