Dr. Yilin Pan obtained her Ph.D. in Corporate Finance from the School of Accountancy, Shanghai University of Finance & Economics. Her research interest covers business group and human capital. She has published papers in journals such as Management World (in Chinese), China Accounting and Finance Review, and Nankai Business Review (in Chinese).
