Yen-Chen (Elsen) Ho

Yen-Chen Ho received his PhD from Henley Business School, University of Reading in the United Kingdom, with his thesis on the emergence and multilateral knowledge transfer of leading IC design MNEs in the early 21st century. He previously graduated from the Research Master in Organization and Strategy from Tilburg University in the Netherlands and BA in International Business Studies from National Chi-Nan University in Taiwan. He has published in peer-reviewed journals and various international conferences. His current research Interests include international business theory, organization of R&D and innovation, patent data analysis and text analysis, semiconductor industry, green energy, and social enterprise. He also teaches organizational learning and research methods for the research master program.
