Kelley School of Business
I am currently finishing up my PhD in Accounting at the John M. Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. I will join the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University as an Assistant Professor of Accounting in July of 2018.
My research has been significantly influenced by my work experience prior to joining Olin. For nearly 6 years, I worked as a research/financial analyst at the Federal Reserve Banks of St. Louis and Atlanta in the Supervision and Regulation division. I worked closely with examiners in monitoring and assessing bank health. Through this experience, I gained an in-depth understanding of how regulators affect and process banks' financial statements.
I am also interested in research topics related to private debt contracting and corporate credit ratings.
