Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Winter has a degree in business administration from Munich's renowned Ludwig-Maximilians-University and a doctorate from the Bundeswehr University in Munich.
He received his doctorate in 1998 for the well-regarded development of an integrated "Theory of the Observer", a fundamental work on consulting methods based on systems theory.
Prof. Dr. Winter successfully worked as a Consultant, Coach and in Executive Education for companies and top decision-makers. He is an expert in Integrated Corporate Development and Founder & CEO of Winter Management Consultants.
In his work, he has gained experience in many industries and is just as familiar with supporting SMEs as with working in corporate structures. His many years of consulting experience at C level and for supervisory bodies primarily include the areas of strategy, change management, leadership and management development.
In addition to his consulting mandates, Prof. Dr. Winter as a lecturer at several universities, such as the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, the ZfU International Business School and the Danube University Krems.
