Kellogg School of Management
Will Garrett is the Chief Operating Officer and a Clinical Professor of Management at the Kellogg School of Management.
As Chief Operating Officer Will is respsonsible for over-seeing the day-to-day operations of the school. His areas of oversight include finance, facilities, information technology, marketing, alumni, and executive education. In his role as a Clinical Professor of Management at Kellogg, Will is responsible for the Academic Direction of several custom client programs and teaches on subjects related to growth.
Prior to his role at Kellogg, Will worked in McKinsey & Company's Chicago office for 17 years as a partner advising the leadership of major global corporations in strategy, growth and change management. He also spent three years as the Director of Global Operations for McKinsey's Strategy Practice. In addition, Will served at General Electric Railcar Services as the Executive Vice President of Marketing, Portfolio Management, and Business Development.
Will holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and a Masters in Management from Kellogg.
