William Foster

Academician, Entrepreneur, and Statesman Dr. William Foster has worked for 30 years in government, industry, and academia on developing global collective intelligences to support engineering policy making. His dissertation on the Diffusion of the Internet in China was published by CISAC at Stanford University (with Sy Goodman - 2001).
