Professor
Bill Cooper teaches the Foundations of Research in Organizational Behaviour course in the graduate program and an elective course in Organizational Behaviour in the undergraduate program. His current research interests are in the dependence, transparency, decoupling and credit constructs. Recent and forthcoming publications have appeared in Academy of Management Discoveries, Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Research Methods and The Leadership Quarterly.
