Bio

Cliff brings 20 years of experience in organization development, leadership coaching, and training. In adivition to KEY, he is a faculty member in American University’s Masters in Organization Development program. He is a coaching faculty in the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-being and the Advanced Coaching Certificate Program at George Mason University and serves as an Adjunct professor at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.  He has experience leading system-wide change processes and leadership development initiatives a variety of public, private and not-for-profit organizations nationally and internationally.
