Wendy van Ginkel is an assistant professor of organisational behaviour at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM).
Her research interests include team leadership, team decision making, shared cognition, and diversity.
Wendy van Ginkel is a member of the Erasmus Centre for Leadership studies. Her research has been published in a number of major academic journals including Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Organization Science, and The Leadership Quarterly.
