Eugene W. Stetson School of Business and Economics
Dr. Wei Xiong is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Analytics of the Stetson-Hatcher School of Business in Atlanta. He has taught in the areas of marketing analytics, quantitative methods, and management information systems. His research interests include behavioral targeting, sentiment analysis, and text mining, which have led to published articles in a variety of peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings.
Prior to joining Mercer University, Dr. Xiong was an Assistant Professor of Business Analytics at Iona University. He holds a doctorate and a master’s degree in Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Hubei University of Economics.
