Ivey Business School

Wayne is a seasoned veteran of the Canadian capital markets, with over 20 years of experience. He has held a series of increasingly senior positions at a number of firms, and has been intimately involved with all aspects of the investment banking business. He has in-depth experience and expertise across all capital markets activities, ranging from private equity and leveraged finance to the public debt and equity markets. He has provided strategic advice to numerous CEO''s and their boards, and has advised on many merger and acquisition assignments.
