Biography

Vivien Procher is an associate professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM), France. She acquired her BSc in Government and Economics at the London School of Economics (LSE). Subsequently, she finished her MSc in Management at the LSE and the Haute Ecole de Commerce (HEC), France. Vivien completed her doctoral degree at the Ruhr Graduate School in Economics (RGS Econ), a center for research and higher education in Economics, founded by the universities of Bochum, Dortmund and Duisburg-Essen and by the RWI – Leibniz-Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung (RWI). Her professional career includes employment as strategic analyst in the corporate headquarters of the Valeo Group in Paris and as research assistant at the RWI in the division “Firms and Innovation”. Additionally, she was Managing Director of the RGS Econ. Before joining GEM she was engaged as assistant professor at the Jackstädt Center of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research at the University of Wuppertal, Germany.
